GDH Event Photographer can attend your school prom for FREE. We capture your prom guests as they arrive and throughout the evening. We then print and sell the prints onsite at £10. Our school prom photography service is supplied to schools all over Luton, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire.
GDH Event Photographer are here to make sure you capture the memories of your School Prom / Leavers Ball. You'll find us experienced, friendly and professional. We will set up a studio at your venue, take great shots so you can choose the one's you like, which are then printed, mounted and presented on the night. You won't be charged for our attendance and fully mounted 9" x 6" inch prints cost just £10 on the night. With an experienced events team you know you'll be getting the best. We are experienced school prom / leavers ball photographers, experts at making people relax and dealing with any situation that may arise. You can safely leave it all to us and that’s one less thing to worry about. All photographs taken can also be viewed online after the event. You can choose to have the security of password protection for your guests. All we ask that you make your pupils aware that we will be present on the night so that they can take advantage of our services. The attendance fee of £200.00 is waived for schools. For school proms, school leaver’s parties, graduations and most school balls and stage shows there is NO charge to the organiser, worth £200.
Photographs bought on the night are £10. The size of the photographs is 9" X 6" inches which comes in a stylish mount and protective bag. Memories can fade but great photographs last forever, so whatever your requirements contact us at any time to discuss how we can capture memories from your school life.
In the digital age most students only desire a digital copy of their photographs. Rather than have us print onsite we can supply you with a high res dvd of all the images which can then be distributed amoungst all the students. The fee for this service costs £250. which works out considerably cheaper than purchasing prints on the night or online. For 100 students that comes to £2.50 each.
